The RDV Commercials Process

Crafting a successful marketing campaign involves a lot of moving parts.
Our goal is to piece together those parts, within the realm of your budget and expectations.

1. It all begins with you​

Once you contact us, outlining what your needs and wants are, we can get started putting together your custom quote. After you've decided to press forward with RDV Commercials, a contract will be drawn up and sent your way for review and signing, along with an invoice for a non-refundable deposit of 40% of the total quoted fee. Once the contract is signed, and deposit paid we'll move into pre-production.

2. Pre-production​

Laying the right foundation is essential to building any strong structure. Pre-production is where we figure out the best plan for your business. Depending on your customized production package - we decide on the video concept(s), look, feel and style; we write the script, cast any actors or voiceover artists, decide on location and set design, and lock down all the other details involved with how the content is going to sound, and perform.

3. Production

​Now that we have the road map developed, it’s time to put it all together. This is where we do what we do best - create amazing content.

4. Post Production

Here's where the magic happens. Through editing, we shape your story. We clean up audio, add music, create graphics and in general make sure your video(s) look like we planned in pre-production. It's at this stage that you’ll see the first cut.

5. Revisions​

Once you've seen the first cut, you’ll have a chance to share your thoughts with us. There are up to five rounds of revisions allowed at this stage (depending on your customized package), within reasonable expectations and within the scope of the original video concept(s).

6. The Final OK

With the final cuts complete and your approval signed-off, an invoice for the remaining 60% balance of the quoted fee will be sent to you. Once paid, we will create high quality files of your video(s) that can be used for a variety of formats, be it for web or television.
